Charles fell in love with baseball at the age of 6 years old when his dad began coaching his little league team. He played professional baseball for 2 years and has since then committed to passing on his knowledge and pour into the next generation.

Luke grew up in Atlanta, Ga where he played during his early years for East Cobb Baseball. He credits this experience with developing his appreciation for great coaching and a strong belief in player development. Following high school, Luke played four years of Division 1 baseball for the United States Naval Academy, earning all conference honors twice. He enjoys coaching and developing players, sharing his love for the game of baseball.

Jeremy grew up in Havre de Grace Maryland playing since a young age to current day with 17 years of experience and 6 being competitive baseball. After high school Jeremy decided to enlist into the US Navy which he still serves actively. While coaching he hopes to share his knowledge and passion for the game, instilling a love for baseball in the next generation.
